We stayed here for a few nights awhile visiting Rome. It worked for our needs. But keep in mind only one bathroom and if you are using all 3 beds no real living room. Having a washer was definitely helpful. Keep in mind they did not have proper coffee and no water or wine like most of the other places we rented from. The walk to the metro is not too far. They have an amazing gelato place around the corner and some great restaurants.
We had a great stay at this apartment. Communication was very easy, as the hosts speak excellent English. The location was also very affordable for the area—just two blocks from the Vatican and right across the street from a great market, which was very convenient. We traveled with both kids and older family members, and it worked well for everyone. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator is quite small, but that’s pretty typical for buildings in Europe.Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great value for the location.

My biggest issues with this place were first, that while I had communicated what time I would arrive (which was within the posted check-in time) they told us someone would meet us an hour after we arrived. This left my family and I just standing on the street in the heat with all of our luggage for an hour. When the person arrived to let us in, the check-in process seemed very rushed. The second issue I had is that one of the most important things for our family was air conditioning. The a/c was not working in one of the bedrooms, which basically made that room useless and we had to consolidate down to two bedrooms. When I made the host aware of the issue, they did send someone who was willing to spend about 5 minutes attempting to reset the unit. However, when that did not work, there was no other attempt made to fix the issue. There was also no apology given. They only said that the unit was “really old”. So I would definitely caution against this, if this would be an issues for your family.
We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment. It was a great location, especially if you want to be near the Vatican. I wish there was something to mark or illuminate the little step in the bathroom. It nearly got us all. Overall, it was perfect for our group of 6.
