Eighteenth-century stone farmhouse with swimming pool at the top of a historic village
The house is located at the top of the village 100 m from the old village square and its famous fountain surrounded by its hundred-year-old plane trees. You will appreciate its peaceful location while enjoying village life. All shops and amenities are nearby. This charming 18th century stone farmhouse was completely renovated and decorated in 2013 in a “south side” spirit with modern comfort while preserving the soul of the place. The living area of 220/240 m2 is spread over 2 levels. The enclosed garden, not overlooked, with its swimming pool and terraced solarium, offers a lovely view of the Lubéron mountain. A magnificent linden tree provides shade and freshness in summer. The house is fully air conditioned and accessible to people with reduced mobility (except the swimming pool)

This charming home is even more lovely in person than the photos show if that is possible! We loved the privacy of the garden and the fact that it is protected by a gate made it perfect for our three-year-old to explore safely without worrying about him wandering off.
The interior maintains the charm of the original construction while having updated kitchens and bathrooms … the perfect combination! Anne provided everything we needed for the children, including a crib and high chair so we felt right at home :)
Merci, Anne! We hope to return one day!
First of all our check-in with Anne was easy...she met us at the house after our very long travels and had everything ready for use to settle in for our week.
We had 8 adults (4 couples). Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was perfect. Three of the bedrooms had the bathroom ensuite, one had a hallway bathroom.
The Inside of the house was nicely appointed, as was the outside. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast and a several nights. We arrived in Robion during the heatwave, so the pool was a welcome respite from the heat...and so was the air conditioning...we really needed it and it worked perfectly!
We traveled all over Provence and the town of Robion is nicely situated to explore the area.
I would highly recommend Mas Robianne for a relaxing trip to Provence!!

It was a real pleasure to welcome you and your very cheerful and enthusiastic family. I am delighted that you enjoyed the house and I hope to see you again for another trip to Provence. Anne
Anne’s home is a gem and we look forward to returning. Our group was primarily my family of two kids (age 3 and 1) and we had adults friends visit us through the stay. Anne’s home had everything we could have possibly needed and was well stocked with toys and amenities for the kids—I can’t express enough how perfect her home was for our kids.
The home is well equipped and had more than we expected from a rental. The house was comfortable with AC in all rooms. We spent so much time in the wonderful terraced backyard and pool (snacking on olives, cheese, and wine from the local markets). It was simply my dream Provence vacation.
Anne is a very responsive and amenable host. She personally checked us in and was not intrusive during our stay. She is everything you want in a host.
Robion was a location we did not know much about before our stay, but it was the perfect combination of town and country. There is a very small village center near the house with a cafe that serves good food almost all day. At night there were concerts and festivals during the village. Unlike other reviews, we found these non-intrusive and enjoyed them very much. For example, there was a choir concert in the amphitheater that we enjoyed with wine by the pool. Two blocks from the house is the most amazing bakery in Provence (Celeste). We recommend the focaccia or orange flower sweet bread. A short walk further are a handful (about 3) restaurants that we very enjoyable (especially Le Bon Moment—say hi to Lucy, the young owner who is always working hard).
The highest compliment I can give is we will be back. We miss it already.
Anne de Beaumont, the proprietor, is tremendously helpful and a real plus.
However, we did not know and were not pre-informed, as I think we should have been, that the village fete (funfair/live bands) would take place over the first theee days of our stay. In consequence we had loud live amplified (drums, bass etc) music booming out only 25 metres from the house until midnight; and, because the village was closed it was not possible to park near the house which was a nuisance when it came to unloading luggage/shopping. This, together with the absence of a DVD player and unheated pool which we’d expected from the listing, are the only reasons we have marked the property down and we’d very much recommend it outside the ‘fete’ weekend. The house itself was as described and very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. A good base for exploring this part of Provence.

dear guests
The Robion's fair is taking place 3 days a year, the first weekend of September. I informed you by email and phone about this fair, the possible inconvenience resulting from the music and the fact that you were to park at 150m from the house during the 3 afternoons (I gave you a hand to unload the car). I did not realise that this fair would have caused such an inconvenience for you, especially as you told me that you like fun fair, so I really appology for that.
For our future guests who will read this message, I reiterate that the pool can be heated with the solar cover (as mentioned in the description). This system is very efficient during the late season to maintain the temperature above 26/28 degrees.
I understand that oveall and despite these circumstances you did appreciate your stay at Robion, and I hope anyway that you and your familly will keep a good memory of this week. I would be really happy to welcome you again (but maybe another weekend than the first one of September 🙂).
This hidden mas in the outskirts of a quiet Provençal village is a gem.
From the booking to the checkout, our stay has been perfect and smooth.
The contact with the owner Anne was really easy, the communication was really quick, her welcome at the check in was warm and simple. That was already a very good start!
Then, the house was amazing too. The location by the church was really quiet but also close to all the amenities, a 10-15min walk maximum to an amazing bakery and butcher.
Inside the mas, the decoration was done with great taste, a mix a modern and traditional. There were 3 very spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite, plus one double and one twin.
The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you needEd and more.
The outside isn’t big but very well kept and perfect for al fresco dining with a big table, 2 areas with a very well kept lawn and the pool area with plenty of sun beds and safe for the kids with the double locked gate.
I can’t find any negatives except that it’s not close enough to go there every weekends!
I would definitely go back there.
Thanks again Anne for your warm welcome, generosity and help during out stay.

My family and I stayed at Mas ROBIANNE for 6 nights Dec 2019 to Jan 2020. We were 5 adults and 4 children. The house was amazing. Lots of space for everyone and the common areas were warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and the yard gave the children a lovely and safe play area. Anne was most accommodating and graciously accepted our late arrival due to circumstances beyond our control. The village of Robion is lovely and we were treated well by everyone we met. The area has lots to do and explore with a hiking area right behind the house. Would highly recommend, many wonderful family memories were made during this vacation
We spent 10 days in September in Mas Robion and it worked perfectly. We had between 5 and 9 adults at various times and never felt cramped. Our group included some very competent chefs and the kitchen had everything we could have hoped for. The town of Robion has a wonderful store that has excellent vegetables and pastas including gluten free pasta and a wine cellar downstairs. A smaller second store was available for our other more mundane needs. Wine tasting in the region was superb, Avignon turned out to be a wonderful find and getting lost in the other hill towns was the best. Anne was very gracious in waiting for us after our rental car broke down in Carcassonne and we arrived 6 hours after our scheduled arrival time. Great stay, beautiful home. The only unanticipated down side is that it does take a long time, 45 minutes, to get to the train station in Avignon, and I made seven separate trips to pick up family. Next time we will organize arrivals better.
Robion is perfect for exploring Provence with great accommodations at Mas Robianne
We were a group of six adults, a couple and four singles, and we enjoyed the house and garden immensely. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved adding the herbs from the garden to our dishes. The pool was very nice and the owner brought in Extra chaise lounges at our request. She also purchased an extra hair dryer for us ladies.
The house had three spacious bedrooms with nice ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom was significantly smaller and shared a small bath with the fifth bedroom which was a very small room with low ceilings. The disparity of accommodations was the only disappointment with the house and future renters should be aware of that.
Robion has a fresh produce market and small grocery shop as well as a bakery and a wonderful place steps away which produces the local lavender honey and other goodies.
We ate at two very good restaurants within a ten minute drive but do note that the restaurants and the bar which is very close to the house close early.
We loved our time in Provence and Mas Robianne was a haven at the end of a day of exploring the beauty that is Provence.

Nice Maison, strategic location to explore Provence
Más Robianne is a beautiful and very comfortable house. It’s well stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved the location as it was very close to many of the little towns Provence and the Luberon offers to explore. Robion itself is very small and not much happening at least during fall. It has a cafe, a good bakery, a few restaurants, a produce and local market. There is a very nice cookie and jam factory, which is actually an NGO that hires handicapped and disabled people to work there.
We did have a couple of miscommunication setbacks with the owner. First regarding on the initial quote and pricing of the house. And second when it was time for the deposit to be returned. Happily it all worked out at the end. Make sure to have clear understanding from the beginning.
All that said, we had an amazing 2 weeks in the property, great for big families and would recommend it for anyone looking for this.

A Beautiful Retreat!
We were thrilled with our stay at Mas Robianne! The owner, Anne is a charming, caring person who went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the property in Robion is a great home base for exploring all of the wonderful Luberon villages. We even spent the day in Aix to participate in a cooking class and the drive from Robion was easy. The property is very comfortable and quite lovely. Our only regret is that we wished we could've stayed longer! Thank you Anne for all of your hospitality! Kind Regards, Florian

Superb! A beautiful house in a beautiful village. Anne, the owner, could not have been more helpful
We have just returned from 2 weeks in Robion in Anne's beautiful home and could not recommend it highly enough to anyone. Firstly we fell totally in love with Robion, a beautiful typically French, non-touristy village, that we would happily return to year after year. Anne's house is situated in the middle of the village and could not be in a better situation. The house itself was perfect for us - 6 adults and 3 children ranging from 3 to 7 months. The garden is beautiful, with enough shade and sun to suit everyone, and the pool area wonderful for an afternoon swim and relaxation. The house itself lacks nothing, everything you need is there, beautifully decorated and enough privacy for everyone. We spent most of our time outside, eating on the patio every evening and the proximity of the garden and house is perfect. It is not a big garden, but perfectly adequate and for us personally could not be better, as enough room for the children to play, but also everything within range. The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful walks to other villages on your doorstep, we could very happily live here! If that is not possible we would happily return again and again.
Thanks to Anne for being a wonderful host and I truly hope that we are able to visit Robion and stay in Anne's beautiful home again. We have come home with wonderful memories.

wonderful family vacation in robion
Mas Robianne was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 children (under the age of 4). We found the house very accommodating for that many people and for children and babies, nicely decorated, comfortable, well equipped to cook all our meals. We enjoyed the outdoor space, beautiful landscape, terrace where we ate our meals, pool well protected with the fence. The old village of Robion where the house is located is beautiful, very peaceful, quiet, has all the stores you need within walking distance, wonderful bakery, butcher shop, organic fruit and vegetable stand. We loved the village life for a week! There was even a playground a few yards from the house. Anne made us feel welcome and was very helpful. We certainly would love to come back!

A perfect week at Mas Robianne!
First and foremost, the farmhouse is beautiful! The photos and description do not do this house justice.
The location in old Robion was perfect and right off the main square.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and three have bathrooms en suite with an additional bathroom located on the first floor. There was a crib in one of the en suite bedrooms which was perfect for us as we had a 1.5 year old in tow. Downstairs there was everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. We spent many mornings and many evenings eating and sitting outside at the long table. The house is very clean and beautifully presented - it’s more than a holiday home as there are plenty of pictures and objects to give it a personal touch. The house is kid and baby friendly.
All the facilities are wonderful and exactly as shown in the website photos. On site parking was a bonus.
The pool was a place that we spent a lot of time at in the afternoons. It has a wrought iron fence around it, child safety, and is on a terraced upper level and completely private. So private that the neighbour behind us was basically the Luberon mountains. The pool man comes once a week and the pool sparkled.
I would be remiss to mention Anne, the owner of Mas Robianne. Communicating with Anne after booking and during our stay was effortless. We had to move our holiday up a week and Anne graciously accommodated our request. She was always a text, email or phone call away although it was not necessary to call upon her for any issues during our stay, only to say hello, as we had none. There is a also a very comprehensive welcome book, one in French and one in English, that covers off everything you need to know about the house and the surrounding areas
The village of Robion is a few steps away for bread, charcuterie, cheese , organic green grocer, wine, bank machine and all of basics from the mini supermarket. Larger supermarkets are a short drive as are market days in the neighbouring villages.
There are also a few good restaurants in Robion. Stop by Le Cafe de la Poste, just around the corner from the house, for a morning coffee with the locals or drop by for a great lunch.
Of note, our deposit was returned a few days after we returned home.
All in all, a perfect holiday destination for us and we hope very much to return sooner than later!
Merci to our gracious hostess Anne!

A perfect week in beautiful Provence!
We stayed at Anne's house in Robion in September 2016. We were a group of 9 adults (family of two parents, 5 sisters and partners) and found the house both charming and well equipped for our stay. The house, was also clean, had all the amenities and equipment we needed and was in a great location, an hour's drive at most from all the towns/cities and attractions close by. Above all, Anne was the perfect hostess, very knowledgeable and helpful both before and during our trip. She made sure we were comfortable and answered our emails and texts promptly. We couldn't have asked for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an amazing week.
