Our host was wonderful and welcoming! Although we arrived late, she waited for us to ensure we found the parking with no problems. After we arrived, she gave us a tour of the property along with all the amenities.The location is excellent! Right next to the gondola! Having the ski/snowboard valet at the entrance to the condo was very convenient!We had a wonderful and memorable stay at this resort! If we plan another trip to Vail, we'll definitely return here.

Our host, Meredith, was very welcoming and our condo served our group of 4 very well. We enjoyed the easy access to Charter Sports for our ski gear, as well as the gondala. The jacuzzis and pool were awesome. The spa / changing area was still under construction, as was the restaurant, so we were unable to utilize those. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

You can’t beat the location! We stayed here in the off season, but during winter and summer this location is perfect! Truly ski-in, ski-out, and steps away from great hiking and biking! We loved that we could easily walk into town for shopping and eating. The parking is on site and easy access. The hot tubs and pool were great for the family! The condo itself was great for our family for a long weekend. Our teenagers loved the bunk room and the extra mattress was perfect for our 10-year old. Meredith (the host) is so helpful and informative. We will definitely be back!

This location was great and we enjoyed our stay! The check-in process could be easier - be aware there is no self check-in. The host was very nice but multiple check ins and a 40 minute tour immediately upon arrival with a toddler after a long day of travel was too much. If it could’ve been 10-15 minute that would’ve sufficed.

Although I'd mentioned this earlier, I should have been more aware of your situation with your little one. I usually try to be sensitive to the traveler's needs, but was trying to be more 'thorough' to go over every detail. I enjoyed meeting you and your lovely family and I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay once you got settled in. Returning guests are always able to do a self-check-in and I will certainly ask future guests whether or not they want a brief tour :)

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Meredith’s condo. Super clean, plenty of necessities and very quiet. Lionshead Square is a beautiful property, well maintained with a courteous staff and ideally located near the mountain and lots of shopping and dining. Meredith made sure we had everything we needed.

This was our first Vail trip with kids, and it wont be the last. The location is perfect-mere steps to rent equipment, ski school for the kiddos and to the gondola. Lots of restaurants a close walk away and the ambiance was perfect.

After growing up on the icy slopes of the East, it was always my dream to live in Colorado and ski the fluffy powder! I made that happen and moved to Vail to raise my daughters in this magnificent setting that offers so much. As a psychologist, I know the importance of having a hassle-free vacation to 'rejuvenate' and make the most of your time off!
Having owned our 2 condos at LionSquare Lodge since the girls were 1 & 5, I can't imagine a more convenient way to enjoy the slopes and amenities for families with children at any age. Vail offers the best of everything to adults and children, teens and singles. From the time my girls were little, LIonSquare Lodge has been their 'other' home, with its friendly, warm, ambiance that is welcoming and convenient. This unparalleled location has 'spoiled' us, and now we want to spoil YOU! Come stay with us here, and you'll keep coming back!

LOCATION, CONVENIENCE, AMENITIES, VALUE, SERVICES!
There is not a better location anywhere! My friend, who is a ski resort development consultant, says there is no condo/hotel complex with a better proximity to a ski slope anywhere in the world (and he tried to buy out all the owners 20 years ago, but they would'n't sell)! My condo has the best view of the slopes, and is both luxurious and comfortable. The ski shop is literally across the hall, and all the FREE amenities are fabulous!
