Can Pazita is a comfortable and bright house located in the residential area of Sa Coma de Bunyola. It is a quiet place, surrounded by nature, with a maximum capacity of up to 10 people, ideal for groups looking for comfort and space.



The property has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and spacious areas both indoors and outdoors. Its large private pool is one of the highlights of the house: perfect for cooling off, relaxing in the sun, and enjoying long days outdoors with views of the Serra de Tramuntana.



Inside, you will find practical common areas with plenty of light and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The entire house has central air conditioning (hot/cold).



Can Pazita is a suitable option for families or groups looking to spend a quiet few days in a natural setting, close to Palma but enjoying the tranquility of the area.

All bookings include free consumption of tap water, €50 of electricity per reservation, and in winter (if available) €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by oil, gas, or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the guest. Additional consumption is charged at €0.35/kWh.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.



Bed linen, one set of bath towels, and beach towels per guest are provided.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and neighbors’ rest must be respected. Noise should be kept to a minimum. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
