Garden Cottage offers a picturesque and restful retreat located in a secluded and private position within a secure garden. There are 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms (2 king and 1 twin room) with even more space on the ground floor, offering ample socialising space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, separate large dining room and a delightful sitting room overlooking the garden, as well as a bathroom and separate WC. Set in the village of Kentford, Garden Cottage is ideally situated for those attending the races at Newmarket (only 5 miles away). Also a fantastic base for those wanting to explore Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk due to super easy access to the A14, A11 and M11 beyond. Great places to visit are Newmarket (home of horse racing), Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and Ely to name but a few. Plentiful off street and free parking. The station of Kennett is only 1 mile away.
