This property is in a great location - easy walk to old town and easy pick up spot for Ubers and taxis. The apartment is secure and spacious, and, because we were on an extended trip, we loved having the washer and dryer. A couple of things - the amenities list on the property details lists air conditioning, there is none. There were no personal amenities beyond a day or two, and while the property owners tell you that, be prepared to buy toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags, personal products, etc. There are soap dispensers in the bathrooms, but they were all empty - we had to buy hand soap, too. Additionally, the water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms is inconsistent; expect a wide range of both while showering. All in all, we managed just fine, and would likely stay there again.

The location really does deliver — an easy walk to old town and reliable taxi pickup are the kind of practical wins that matter on a longer trip. The washer and dryer clearly made a difference for a week-long stay, and we're glad the space felt secure and comfortable. The unit is in a great location, it is easy to access the things in Krakow that you want to see. The unit is spacious and we appreciated many things about it. One of the reasons we chose this unit is that it was listed as having air conditioning. It had only one unit in the kitchen and it did not even turn on. After our first night we asked the host how to turn on the AC, and dealt with very slow response times (often 12 hours) in addition to the problem not being solved over the next three days. The management company was essentially inept and this colored our experience there. I also asked VRBO to intervene, but they also were of no help even after making an international call to speak to an agent. Again, the unit is nice, but I would not waste your time in case you need anything at all from the host during your stay.
