Fantastic location!

We stopped in Nimes for a quick visit and loved our stay! Location is perfect to all thr sights. AC in bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a geat night sleep. Communication from host was very clear making check in quite easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Visit

Our family had a very nice stay in Martin’s apartment. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was very well equipped. The central location put us within easy walking distance to all the main attractions as well as the train station.

A gem in the heart of old Nimes

The feel of Nimes and all it had to offer came shining through in this perfectly situated apartment. Short and quiet walks away from several squares with numerous cafes and stores. Updated bedrooms with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen made for a wonderful family stay. Martin was an extremely helpful host!

Wonderful stay in Nimes

Our time in Nimes was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. We were close to everything. We walked to the museums and jardins de la Fontaine. It was especially nice to be near les Halles where we bought several meals to eat at the apartment. Communication with Martin was excellent.

Nimes stay

The apartment was okay. The description of the location was not. My wife and kids were scared of the dismal alley entrance. The stairway was not clean. Did it say it was a three story walk up? There were very few amenities other than one towel per person. No wash cloths or paper towels,

Dear Thomas, - There are no reasons to be scared of the street, it is absolutely common in historical city centers. - The stairways of the building is common to the different flats of the building. It does not belong to my flat. I have checked it. There was little dust, nothing tremendous. - It is written crystal clear that the flat is a duplex, at the 2nd floor. - Small towels are in the cabinet We attach great importance to the satisfaction of our vacationers as shown by our rating (9/10). in the future do not hesitate to ask for help because I understand that your old age makes your life complicated. The flat is well located - close to the city. You can see that the flat was renovated with love. A public underground car park is just a few steps away - for reasonable prices. Martin is very friendly host.

Appartement très bien situé en plein coeur de Nîmes.. A 5 mn à pied de la Maison Carrée et à peine 10 mn des Arènes.. Vraiment sympa et celà évite d'utiliser la voiture pendant le séjour.. Quand à l'appartement en lui même il est très beau et fidèle aux photos... Très bon séjour... A refaire

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de Nîmes

Logement très bien situé au cœur de Nîmes. On peut visiter le centre à pied. Les Halles, avec leurs bons produits, sont très près de l’appartement. Les propriétaires ont été à notre écoute. Seul bémol, l’escalier de l’immeuble et l’impasse qui peuvent faire peur à l’arrivée.

absolument aucun moyen simple de décharger la voiture et de la recharger, pas de places de parking à proximité aucune place de parking gratuite dans les environs, malgré ce que dit le loueur prévoir entre 20 et 25 euros de parking par jour dans les parkings souterrains alentour, ce qui augmente le budget lors de notre séjour, panne de box et d'éclairage dans les communs l'emplacement est par contre très bon

Quelques précisions utiles : - Vous pouvez stationner avec les warnings à l'angle rue du Grand Couvent/rue de la Boucarié, à 30m de l'entrée de l'immeuble. - Interparking halles/coupole coûte 15€/jour, 45€/7 jours (cf site web), à 3mn à pieds de l'immeuble, nombreuses rues gratuites à 5 mn à pieds. - Panne de box/éclairage : pourquoi ne me l'avoir pas signalé ? J'aurais fait le nécessaire.
