We first noticed the room did not have air conditioning. This is not something we are used to when travelling Australia. The room was on a busy road so the window remained closed at night and the room quickly heat up. The blinds did little to block out the light from the street light and navy ships across the way. They are not what is in the images of the room. The room is in need of repair with dripping taps and broken door handles. We had booked to use the fold out bed for our child (also not the same as what is in the pictures) and were disgusted at the linen that was supplied. Blankets thrown in a clothes basket unwashed. Quilts stained yellow and pillows even worse. The hot water system is a small system. The third person in our family each night had a cold shower. My advice would be to not fill the bath. The ceiling fans are operated by a remote each. However each night at 10:15pm and 6:38am the light would turn on. This was a rude shock when having just fallen asleep. We had the option to communicate with the provider during our stay but chose not to so that our space was not invaded. Please note this room is not accessible friendly. There is no lift for those that may need it.

From the time I arrived, this property was inconvenient and unfit for a guest. Firstly the key was stored on a separate street, so when arriving from overseas with multiple suitcases and luggage, it made things more challenging. The property was advertised without a lift in the building. It did not mention that there were 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. Again, very challenging with luggage. The apartment itself is dated, old and the bed linen was dirty. the staff had to come and provide new replacements. The hot water in the shower did not function properly. Sometimes when I turned the tap, water came out. Most of the time it didn't. Very inconvenient during Sydney winter. I contacted support who were also very unhelpful. Due to all the problems, they had to send staff out to the property multiple days. Super inconvenient always having to co-ordinate meeting times, or leave the key in the lockbox on a separate street and having to collect it again later. After multiple days of this, I was sick of it. All these things should have been handled before the guest arrived, so it really impacted the quality of my stay. For my last few days, I was very busy and could not keep coordinating maintenance visits any longer. I ended up showering at my friends place and then just sleeping in this property. When I had asked for a refund so I could simply move somewhere else, they refused. They said they had to follow their own processes first. Can you imagine not having any hot water to shower, and then they force you to stay there while they send maintenance people across several days? Absolutely horrible experience. Please please avoid staying here.

Ich konnte nicht einchecken. Die Unterkunft gab an, die Schlüssel verloren zu haben, der vorherige Gast sei zu spät ausgecheckt und das Zimmer sei nicht gereinigt worden. Am Anreisetag um 18:30 Uhr, nachdem ich alle möglichen Ausreden gehört hatte, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle mir ein anderes Zimmer suchen. Ich habe eine vollständige Rückerstattung beantragt. Die Hotelverwaltung verweigert die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Buchungsportal, um die Rückerstattung zu ermöglichen.
