We booked this place for a 7-day family trip to London specifically because the listing said it had a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher) plus a washing machine and dryer. That's exactly why we chose it over a hotel and none of it worked the way it was supposed to.The oven and dishwasher didn't work for our entire stay. There was also no dryer, even though it was listed as an amenity. When we brought this up with the host, Katie, she tried to tell us the washer was actually a washer/dryer combo unit. It was not. We looked up the model ourselves and confirmed it was just a washer with no drying capabilities.We messaged both Katie and the property management company, Baystone Living, multiple times. After the first couple of messages they just stopped responding. No fix, no offer to make it right, no acknowledgment. Nothing.For a week-long trip with our family, not being able to rely on the kitchen or do laundry made things way more stressful than they should've been and getting ignored by both the host and management company made it even worse. The listing just doesn't match reality and I wouldn't book here again ever.

We sincerely apologize that the kitchen and laundry facilities did not meet expectations during your stay, as well as for the gaps in communication when you contacted us. We understand how disruptive this must have been during a week-long family trip. The dishwasher has now been replaced, an air fryer has been added to the flat, and a dryer is also available. We have also reviewed these concerns with our team to help ensure that the listing remains accurate and that future issues are handled more promptly.
