**The Owl House: Your Comfy Retreat**

Welcome to The Owl House, where comfort meets spacious living! This charming home features four distinct conversational areas: a Dining Room, an Office Area, a Living Room, and a spacious outdoor concrete deck. Everyone can gather in the Living Room to watch movies on the big screen TV while lounging on the roomy couch and ottomans.

**Please Note:**
- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES are allowed.
- All outdoor activities should conclude by 10 PM EST to keep our neighbors happy.

- Five bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV
- Three Queen beds and four Twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests

The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciate how pet friendly the host was and how available he was for any concern or directions. This is a lovely house with a nice yard and outdoor deck that can comfortably accommodate multiple families. We had four adults and four children and still had a spare bedroom. Additionally, this house is a short drive from just about any sites and entertainment options that Atlanta has to offer.

We had family coming in from 3 different states and did not want to be in separate hotel rooms, but we also did not want to be crowded into one little house. There was plenty of room for our group of 12, and everything we could need to make our stay comfortable was provided. The owner was very helpful and always readily replied to any questions or issues we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if and when we're in the area.

Our stay at Owl House

The house was close to Cobb Galleria making it easy access to the Blade Show daily. It is in a great neighborhood. Owl house had all of the necessities and then some. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. The house was very clean. The back deck was enjoyed by all. Plenty of table space and seating. I spoke with Tom once on the phone and he was very nice and easy to contact. Owl House had a calm vibe. We enjoyed our stay and we will rebook in the future.
