Enjoy a well deserved vacation at your Water Front Condo Resort. Your 1Br condo has the spectacular location at Newport Harbor and is right in the middle of historic Downtown Newport complete with a Rooftop Sun Deck and a Ferry Landing directly behind the Inn to Jamestown and Narraganset!! FREE PARKING at resort- you can leave your cat at the resort and walk to sites!

In the Master Bedroom you have a Queen Size bed. The Living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, sleeping 4 altogether. Your condo is fully furnished and equipped with stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with coffee included, flatware, glassware and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.

You are actually on Thames Street in Historic Downtown Newport and you can take in all of the sights that make this such a fantastic water town: from the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Ave. Mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, and a huge selection of restaurants and shops. An array of watersports awaits you from enjoying the beach in season, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, or just watching the sun set over the Newport Harbor bridge. You won't want to go back home!

Location location location! it was great! we stayed for 2 nights and wish we planned a little better and stayed longer. We have 2 small children and location was unbeatable - we could walk everywhere without getting into the car. Room had superb view!

Inaccurate Listing

We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue. We left for the day of the move, but happened to be walking by the area, so we went to the room. They moved us to a 1 bedroom for 4 people!! We went back to the front desk to discuss it and after speaking w/ the manager, he moved us to another 2 bedroom room later in the day. Had we not walked by, we may not have gotten that option in time. Then the person we booked with ghosted us. Stopped responding altogether. Needless to say, it was a bad experience. Be careful booking at this location, becuase they're time shares and somehow that changes things.

Great property with an incredible location. One bedroom unit is large enough for two people without tripping over each other. Bathroom is huge. Furnishings are in excellent condition. Rooftop view is worth seeing. Picture perfect weekend.
