Location was great very cleandining table amazing kitchen handy handy parking beautiful views fun friendly host Thanks for the stay Looking forward to new year
Had a great experience at Connie’s place. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 7, everything was clean and just as expected. We stayed for 2 days of skiing at Showdown, location was great for going in/out of town and to the mountain. Absolutely plan to stay again.
Eleven of us (50 years plus) stayed there for 2 nights. The house was beautiful inside and out and extremely homey. Loved the openness and the large living rooms! The property manager (Connie) was amazing and answered all our questions immediately.
Our group had a nice quiet stay at this beautiful property. It was nice to be out in the quiet solitude away from anyone. Yet it was a quick drive into town for soaking. It was so dark at night we could see every star. Connie was amazing—her hospitality and communication top notch.
The place was great to accommodate all 12 of us. Nice big kitchen and enough seating for everyone. The location was great from Showdown. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and there are3 Things I have yet to be able to say....1. "This place is immaculate!" It was clean but I do not think anyone had stayed there for a bit because there were dead flies on the floors throughout the house.2. "That was the best nights sleep!" All of the adults had a tough time sleeping as the beds were all very hard, old or cheap feeling. Lots of springs in the back.3. "That shower was amazing!" If you are taller than 5'5" the shower will hit you at the chest. Both bathrooms were nice but the shower heads left a lot to be desired, drained slow and hissed at a screaming pitch.Overall, a few minor updates to the beds and shower and this place would be a paradise.
Connie's Ranch House was awesome, we had 6 couples on a one day adventure to visit White Sulphur Springs and her space was spacious, clean, and an awesome setting. This place would be great for a wedding or family reunion. With 12 people you would have thought it might be crowded, but there is so much space we never had that feeling once. Great place, we will be back for sure!
Came to White Sulphur to ski, soak, ice fish and play with kids and families. Property was great, spacious and close to town. Connie was flexible, responsive, and accommodating to your group. House was thoughtfully stocked with lots of fun details that made our group from kids to adults feel welcome and comfortable. Instructions and check on was clear and communication was easy through text. Would stay again for sure.
This was a post-Christmas trip for our family of 8, and we were very comfortable with the rooms and location. Our host Connie was fantastic and very helpful in recommending activities in the area. This is a beautiful house and we would return for a visit in the summer or winter again.

we enjoy our stay and the property manager was so helpful and friendly getting there. It was only little way out of town, but close to enjoy skiing and hot springs. Ranch house was cozy, spacious with a beautiful view.

Thanks so much, Anna. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!
We wanted to feel like we were staying on a ranch, and this fit the bill! Well equipped for 7 adults and 5 kids. The perfect summer vacation for families who just want to be outside. Propert manager is also fantastic.
We were in town to work on an interior plaster project in the area and also to celebrate our friend's 40th Birthday. The Ranch House was the prefect location and getaway for all of us for the evening. Connie is amazing! Thanks for the hospitality! We will be back.
Beautiful setting. Quiet and relaxing. House was huge - could use a few minor repairs. Location is out in the country; so, be prepared for critters and insects. WiFi worked well and we were able to make calls via internet. Owner was great to work with and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely do it again.
