It develops over two floors, ground and first. On the ground floor there are a living room with a kitchen, TV, safe and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a non-windowed bathroom with shower curtains (no bidet), a private but not fenced garden with a fireplace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a second windowed bathroom and a shower (no shower curtain) and a balcony. Included in the booking there is one uncovered parking place. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
