Das Hotel wollze es als Upgrade verkaufen. Mitarbeiter wollten sich am nächsten Tag wegen einer Lösung melden - haben sie nicht getan. Als es noch Precise war, war es wesentlich besser .

Unser Check-in verlief leider sehr enttäuschend. Obwohl das Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollte und wir erst gegen 17:00 Uhr ankamen, mussten wir zunächst etwa 20 Minuten warten, bevor wir überhaupt an der Rezeption bedient wurden. Anschließend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir weitere 30 Minuten warten müssten. Als Entschädigung erhielten wir einen Gutschein für einen Willkommensdrink. Leider konnte man sich das Getränk nicht frei auswählen, sondern bekam einen eher wenig schmackhaften blauen Cocktail. Das hat die Wartezeit leider nicht wirklich angenehmer gemacht. Auch der Service in der Pizzeria konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Die Bedienung war eher langsam und wenig aufmerksam, auch bei der Freundlichkeit wäre noch Luft nach oben. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen mehr Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im August 2026 da. 2 Erwachsene im Doppelzimmer eines kleinen Ferienhauses. Das gut und ausreichend ausgestattet war. Es gab Dinge die eine kleine Reparatur benötigen. Toilettenbürstenhalterung war sehr locker. Tür zur Terrasse war sehr schwer zu schließen. Wir kamen damit klar. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, die für Familien mit Kindern sehr viel zu bieten hat. Badeseen gibt es in der Umgebung die mit Fahhrad oder Auto recht schnell zu erreichen sind Frühstücks Buffet ist völlig ausreichend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendbuffet haben wir problemlos dazu buchen können, auch da war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir finden aber mit 35 Euro pro Person ohne Getränke sehr teuer. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Beim Check-In wurde auf das Aufenthaltsticket bestanden. Diesen hatte ich dummerweise nicht ausgedruckt. Also musste ich den Laptop holen und die Mail vorzeigen, angeblich weil man in der Buchung nicht sehen konnte, ob Frühstück dabei war. Weiterhin war die Rezeption in der Hauptanreisezeit nur mit einer Person besetzt, so dass es entsprechend zu Wartezeiten kam. Die Unterkunft war soweit okay, die Betten dafür sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, genug Auswahl und für Jeden etwas dabei. Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund der Nähe zu den Nachbarhäusern kann es durchaus zu nächtlichen Ruhestörungen kommen. Was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen hat: Am Abreisetag kam ein Mitarbeiter und hat gegen 9 Uhr an die Wohnungstür geklopft. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass die Appartements bis 10 Uhr geräumt sein müssen, finden wir dieses Verhalten sehr unangebracht. Weiterhin hatten wir beim Check-In um eine Korrektur der Rechnungsanschrift gebeten. Diese war beim Check-Out nach 2 Tagen nicht erledigt und ist auch beim Check-Out nicht erledigt worden. Mal schauen, wann ich die Rechnung jetzt erhalte.

Leider war der Wellnessbereich sehr bescheiden, der Außenbereich dreckig, das Wasser zu kalt und die gesamte Anlage sehr unsauber! Der Bäcker, die Kneipe, der Lebensmittelladen waren geschlossen und werden auch demnächst nicht öffnen. Die Toiletten an der Rezeption waren dreckig und haben gestunken. Das Zimmer im Ferienhaus war annehmbar. Rundum eine Anlage die ihren Preis, auch wenn er noch günstig war, nicht entspricht! Sehr Schade!

Die Angebote für Kinder sind gut die Betten sind bequem die Zimmer waren sauber das Frühstücksangebot ist vielfältig und gut. In den Häusern ist es leise und kann die Zimmer vernünftig verdunkeln. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Insgesamt ist der Ort sehr in die Jahre gekommen man sieht überall Verfärbung könnte man gestrichen werden. Das Gym zum Beispiel hat kaputte Geräte aber noch funktional. In den Gemeinschaftsräumen sollte es eine Bäckerei geben, die geschlossen waren. Butiken, die nicht geöffnet hatten und ein Kinderbetreuung Service in einem Bastelzimmer dass man nur selbstständig nutzen konnte, sprach sich um das Frühjahr der Ort wohl besser war. Das parken kostet neun Euro extra was ich an Unverschämtheit finde. Man kann sich vieles wie Fahrräder und Kanus mieten allerdings relativ hochpreisig. Das Abendessen ist okay. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen, aber wenn man mit Kindern bleibt, kann man eine schöne Zeit
