Wir (Paar, ohne Kinder unterwegs) waren für eine kleine Auszeit ein Wochenende hier und haben uns sehr gut erholen können. Das Doppelzimmer war gemütlich, mit allem, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht, ausgestattet. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Resort bietet u.a. die Ausleihe von Paddelbooten an, sehr gut, um die schöne Gegend vom Wasser aus zu erkunden. Das Schloss Rheinsberg und der wunderschöne weitläufige Park sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Kulinarisch können wir das Restaurant: Zum Alten Fritz in Rheinsberg wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Haus ist in keinem guten Zustand. Insbesondere der Wellnessbereich. Eine stark verschmutzte Rutsche, kaputte Fliesen, ein geschlossener Whirlpool, eine rostige Tür, ein leeres Fußbecken, ein stark verschmutztes Außenbecken und Massagen wurden, entgegen der Beschreibung nicht angeboten. Das Personal war teils unhöflich, das zweite Restaurant gar nicht vorhanden bzw. in Betrieb. Die Buchung war seltsam (Bestätigung eines Ferienhauses nach Buchung eines Doppelzimmers) und bei einem 4Sterne-Haus erwarte ich Dinge wie Tischdecken. Die Bar ist sehr ungemütlich und die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel (Bänke) teils stark verschmutzt. Ich komme sicherlich nicht wieder.

Man sollte sich bewußt sein, das diese kleinen Doppelzimmer sehr beengt sind. Wirklich nur zum schlafen geeignet. Wer also viel unternimmt, ist dort richtig aufgehoben. Die Anlage an sich verliert dadurch nichts von ihrem Flair. Die Umgebung sowieso nicht. Viel Spaß.

Im großen und ganzen eine schöne Anlage. Wir waren nur zwei Tage da, hat uns aber auch gereicht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen oder zu entdecken. Sehr schön gestaltet ist der Lobbybereich mit Übergang zur Gastronomie. Wenn man dort mal alle Spinnweben beseitigen würde, wäre es noch gemütlicher. Auch im Zimmer hätte es sauberer sein können. (Einige Spinnen und Spinnweben). Das Frühstück war hervorragend, genauso wie die Pizza aus der Pizzaria Salute. Sehr zu empfehlen. Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Könnte oder sollte aber besser gepflegt werden.

Schwimmbad rostig und Farbe blättert ab und liegt da noch am nächsten Tag. Statt gebuchtem Doppelzimmer gab es ein Zimmer von einer Feroenwohnung 10 Minuten vom Wellnessbereich und Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel wollze es als Upgrade verkaufen. Mitarbeiter wollten sich am nächsten Tag wegen einer Lösung melden - haben sie nicht getan. Als es noch Precise war, war es wesentlich besser .

Unser Check-in verlief leider sehr enttäuschend. Obwohl das Zimmer ab 15:00 Uhr bezugsfertig sein sollte und wir erst gegen 17:00 Uhr ankamen, mussten wir zunächst etwa 20 Minuten warten, bevor wir überhaupt an der Rezeption bedient wurden. Anschließend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei und wir weitere 30 Minuten warten müssten. Als Entschädigung erhielten wir einen Gutschein für einen Willkommensdrink. Leider konnte man sich das Getränk nicht frei auswählen, sondern bekam einen eher wenig schmackhaften blauen Cocktail. Das hat die Wartezeit leider nicht wirklich angenehmer gemacht. Auch der Service in der Pizzeria konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Die Bedienung war eher langsam und wenig aufmerksam, auch bei der Freundlichkeit wäre noch Luft nach oben. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an einigen Stellen mehr Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im August 2026 da. 2 Erwachsene im Doppelzimmer eines kleinen Ferienhauses. Das gut und ausreichend ausgestattet war. Es gab Dinge die eine kleine Reparatur benötigen. Toilettenbürstenhalterung war sehr locker. Tür zur Terrasse war sehr schwer zu schließen. Wir kamen damit klar. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, die für Familien mit Kindern sehr viel zu bieten hat. Badeseen gibt es in der Umgebung die mit Fahhrad oder Auto recht schnell zu erreichen sind Frühstücks Buffet ist völlig ausreichend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Abendbuffet haben wir problemlos dazu buchen können, auch da war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir finden aber mit 35 Euro pro Person ohne Getränke sehr teuer. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.
