We offer a comfortable room with a private bathroom. Guests also have access to a very spacious, shared living and kitchen area—perfect for preparing your own meals and feeling right at home.

Located just 45 minutes from Parma, we are strategically positioned for those wanting to explore the world-famous Food Valley and Motor Valley.
Dining: Within a 15-20 minute drive, you’ll find several excellent restaurants and pizzerias. I will be happy to provide recommendations and help with reservations!
