Villa Lysara is a refined three-bedroom retreat designed to embody light, warmth and tranquillity, inspired by the chrysanthemum flower, a timeless symbol of joy, optimism and good fortune. The villa forms part of an artistic villa complex created with great care and passion by the hostess, Chrysanthi Avgeropoulou, whose personal “meraki” for creativity is reflected in every detail. Shaped by the surrounding sun, sea and wind, Villa Lysara offers a genuinely restorative holiday experience where aesthetics, comfort and quality coexist in perfect harmony.



Arranged over two levels and spanning approximately 170 square metres, Villa Lysara comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The ground floor features an elegant open-plan living space with comfortable seating, a dining area and television, alongside a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and extensive kitchenware. On this level there is also a double bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace, allowing guests to wake up to sea views and step straight outdoors. Upstairs, the master bedroom and a further double bedroom each enjoy their own bathrooms and open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, offering privacy and peaceful views throughout the day.



The outdoor area is designed for relaxed Mediterranean living, centred around a private swimming pool and complemented by sun loungers, shaded seating, an outdoor dining area and an additional outdoor bathroom for shared use. From almost every corner of the villa, guests can enjoy sweeping views of the sea, garden, pool and surrounding landscape.



Villa Lysara is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern comforts including Wi-Fi, satellite television, soundproofing, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and safety deposit box. The property is detached and accessed via stairs, with private entrance and dedicated outdoor spaces ensuring discretion and comfort throughout the stay.



Housekeeping services are typically provided as part of the villa experience, arranged by the hostess and her local team, who remain available to assist guests during their stay should any support be required. Any additional services, such as extra cleaning, childcare equipment beyond what is provided, or personalised arrangements, may be available on request and could incur an extra charge.



A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival to cover any potential damages, with the amount and payment method confirmed at booking stage. Any extra costs not included in the rental price, such as additional services requested during the stay, are payable locally or as advised in advance.
