This perfect luxury three bedroom, two and half bath end unit townhouse is the perfect home for your next vacation. The townhouse bosting over 2,000 Sq. Ft. features both a family room and a separate living room with accommodations for 6 plus a king sofa bed when friends come to visit. Beautiful dining table seats 10 comfortably. Looking to cook- you will find everything you need in our spacious kitchen to throw that perfect dinner party, including a sous vide. Kids want to play video games, no worries we have an XBOX one for their enjoyment as well as paddle board and pool essentials. Located in a prime location in Ole Resort with a 5 minute walk to the Village Center where you’ll find a resort style swimming pool with full bar and food service, waterfall, kids pool and playhouse area, spa, sand volleyball, bocce, basketball and tennis courts and a state of the art exercise fitness center, movie theater, Pub, Bistro, ice cream parlor, library and business center. Ole at Lely is a resort community close to restaurants, shopping, boating, beaches and so much more. 30 day minimum, sorry pets are not allowed.
