Perched on a sunny southwest-facing slope, the chalet offers stunning panoramic views of the snow-covered peaks of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, as well as the Aravis and Fiz mountain ranges.

Nestled at the edge of the forest with no direct neighbors, the chalet ensures peace and quiet—occasionally interrupted by deer wandering into the garden!



You’ll also be just a 10-minute walk downhill to the center of Saint-Gervais village, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. No need for a car if you enjoy walking!
