The space It is a home away from home, managed by the Host and his wife. Built on a spacious 7000 sq ft plot, this independent two-bedroom home on the ground floor is for the accommodation for four guests only and offers well-planned living spaces accommodation with a huge lawn and is surrounded by lush greenery. The aesthetics of the property are one of understated elegance. Wherever feasible the original flooring, fixtures and fittings have been retained while thoughtfully incorporating modern amenities for enhanced comfort and convenience.
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and fully furnished, featuring an attached bathroom, LED TV, and comfortable double beds with premium Posturepedic mattresses, soft pillows, and fresh, clean linens for a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spacious, clean with shower area, 24 hrs. hot & cold water, toiletries, fresh towels, etc. The Living Room is air-conditioned, well spread out, offering a very relaxed environment with a soothing ambiance, proper lighting, and comfortable seating arrangement. The Dining Area is air-conditioned, well-lit with natural light and its windows opening to a view of well-maintained greenery.
Guest access Guest will have access to two bedrooms on the ground floor, its garden and facilities. Common and outdoor areas within the premises, including the kitchen, are shared spaces. These areas are primarily used by the host and housekeeping staff to ensure hygiene, upkeep, and overall maintenance of the property and to make your stay comfortable. Utility areas are meant for services & maintenance and are not for guest use.
Other things to note This home is very special to us, and we warmly welcome mature and responsible guests who will care for the property as thoughtfully as we do. We kindly request guests to keep the home clean and handle all furnishings with utmost care, as the interiors are white and freshly maintained and therefore require extra attention.
To maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted, parties, or events are strictly prohibited. Cottage facilities are strictly reserved for in-house guests as per the booking information. No access is permitted to non-registered guests.
What is kept in the Cottage are certain personal belongings, so please use them as such. It is NOT expected of guests to open and inspect every cupboard, drawers or box, which are not offered. These may not be used without permission. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Rental includes basic breakfast. Guests can choose from two breakfast menu options. Other meals may be prepared by caretakers on request at an additional cost and must be ordered in advance. Meals are served only in the dining area during fixed timings. Breakfast shall be served between 8:00 am to 10:00 am, Lunch:12:30 – 2:30 p.m., Dinner: 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. Guests may also order food from outside or use the kitchenette. Kitchen is fully furnished with Gas, Microwave, Fridge, Cooking Utensils, Crockery and Cutlery.
The kitchen is a shared facility with the host and caretakers and is under CCTV surveillance for supervision and upkeep. Additionally, CCTV cameras are installed in the welcome area and all outside/open common areas of the cottage for security purposes.
Open spaces and common areas are shared with the host and the maintenance staff. Caretakers/ housekeeping staff stay in a designated area within the property.
Housekeeping services are available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., every day. The cleaning and change of linen will be carried out after 2 days. However please be aware of the environmental concerns and change the linen only when required.
Washing machine is available for guests for washing clothes, at an additional cost. The caretakers can operate the washing machine for washing guests’ clothes. Ironing facilities are available, with an Iron and Ironing Board. Wi-Fi, TV set, , hangers, Hair Dryer and First Aid Kit are placed for your convenience.
All indoor areas are non-smoking. Our smoking guest are welcome to smoke in the open area. Ashtrays are provided on request.
No outside visitors/guest, parties, events, loud music, alcohol, or smoking indoors. Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment at all times.
Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking area and must not obstruct any passage.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. Rubbish bins are provided for proper waste disposal.
Please switch off ACs, geysers, lights, and fans when not in use. If left on, staff is authorized to switch them off from the main supply to conserve electricity.
