Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Our experience was extremely disappointing, and the property was significantly different from its advertised description and photos. Many of the glowing and unverified reviews seem questionable given the actual condition of the accommodation.The booking process was confusing, despite the property being in Australia, we were charged in euros. We received emails from 3 companies ,none of whom responded to our enquiries. The only check-in instruction directed us to collect keys from an address using a voucher,but nobody was there. After tracking down yet another agency, MadeComfy, we discovered the rundown apartment block we were standing outside was actually our accommodation.The positives: the beds were comfortable, with fresh linen and clean but thin towels, no wash cloths nor beach towels provided.The advertised courtyard was covered with weeds, the BBQ badly rusted and only two outdoor chairs provided. The entrance ( back door to apartment because front gate is locked) had an awkward, unusually high step and is not the pretty bark covered side yard pictured.Everything is very dated - windows and screens were dirty, blinds were damaged, an overflowing rubbish bin greeted us at the entrance and the bathroom basin was blocked ( we had to deal with that plumbing issue in the first hours there). The bedrooms are not fully separated at ceiling level, allowing light/noise to spill between. We weren’t expecting perfection but feel deceived by what was advertised.

Was nice but had a few minor issues like flat batteries in the remote controls and the neighbour yelling at us to make sure our dog didn't make noise and wake up their baby. He was completely silent up to and after that point so not sure what their problem was. They then proceeded to make as much noise as possible banging and stomping on the floors, was very odd and rather off putting
