The bedrooms comprise three doubles, serviced by a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin and WC, plus a ground‑floor shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and hot tub, along with off‑road parking for two cars. One well‑behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is 1.6 miles away and a pub 1.8 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
