The Space:

Driftwood is a pleasing property situated just outside of Bude on the Cornish coast. This property can sleep four people in its two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other is a twin, and it has one bathroom. It also has an open-plan kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is a patio area with furniture and a shared lawn area, all of which is open. Driftwood is a tastefully decorated base for those wanting to explore the beauty of the Cornish countryside. Please note that from the last week in July until the end of the first week in September, this property can only accommodate week long bookings from Saturday to Saturday. This property cannot accommodate stays that cross over two weeks (Friday-Friday) At other times of the year, bookings can only be accepted for a minimum of 3 nights or more.



The Neighborhood:

Bude is a popular coastal resort that appeals to everyone. It has some beautiful beaches for relaxing and building sandcastles on, as well as rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafes to watch it all from. The rolling waves are brilliant for surfing all year round, and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the North Cornwall coastal path offer you a superb opportunity to walk and appreciate the scenic countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and Heritage Centre at Bude Castle. It also has a varied selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and fascinating Information Centre. Within a short drive are the remains of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.
