The interior of the house:The house can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. Here you will have a home with a beautiful, open kitchen-dining room in extension of the living room, where the interior is bright and well-thought-out with access to the large, beautiful terrace area. The bathrooms are spacious and stylish, and the house is generally built with attention to detail and modern amenities. Outdoor facilities:The garden and terrace invite you to both relax and be active regardless of the time of day. With the large terrace area, including a covered part, it is easy to find shelter and sun. There is a beautiful outdoor spa and outdoor shower, and there is a strategically placed embankment by the house, so you can sunbathe in peace. There is plenty of space here for playing and having fun, and from the house there is a short distance to both the beach, town and shopping - everything is within a radius of about one kilometer. Note: Smoking in the house is not allowed, and the house is not rented to youth groups.Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any extras. Final charges will be based on actual consumption and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. • Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are to be dropped off and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
