About this property

Large 3 Level Cabin located on 2 acres across the road from East Lake Okoboji

Spacious 3 story log home with large open lot and plenty of off-street parking. Perfect for family vacations and gatherings and just located across the road from East Lake Okoboji. It has approx. 3,000 sq ft across the 3 levels, so plenty of space for everyone to spread out.
The walk out lower level has a family room with a large screen tv, a large reclining sectional, a separate room with a pool table and Foosball table and separate laundry room. The main level up the stairs has a living room with a reclining sectional & tv. The dining area has a table that seats 7 and there is additional seating in the kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and comes fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, George Foreman grill, crock pot, and bake ware. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with brand new Restonic firm Queen Mattresses and Box springs: The master has a king bed and tv with full master bathroom attached. Bedroom 2 & 3 are large and set up the same with 2 queen beds with dressers in each. Main level bathroom has a tub shower combo and a double sink. The 24'x24' loft area could be used as a fourth bedroom and has a king size bed and 2 queen beds. (it has a tv that only runs a dvd/vcr combo with a small selection of videos available.) There are no bunk beds in this cabin. All rooms except kitchen and bathrooms have ceiling fans. Off the main level there are 2 decks. The deck off the kitchen is 14'x18' and the deck off the living room is 12'x18'. There is patio seating for 14 and 4 tables, plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating. There is a charcoal grill available for use. Bonfire area available to enjoy evenings around the fire. There is lots of outdoor space for kids to run around in.

Located 1/2 mile from the public boat ramp (as seen in the pictures) and bike trails and 3/4 mile to the splash pad (as seen in the pictures). Arnolds park is a short 4 mile drive.
Located just outside of the city limits to enjoy the peacefulness of the country, but yet close enough to enjoy all the area attractions.
Includes high speed wireless internet and cable tv.
This is the place where family memories are made.
Must be 25 years old to rent and can not be used for parties.

We loved this cabin. Lots of room for our family to celebrate Christmas. Clean house, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds. We had a wonderful time and the communication with the owners was top notch! They were very quick and responsive to any questions or needs we had. We will be renting this cabin again in the future!

The perfect destination for a getaway weekend in Okoboji/Spirit Lake with a group of friends or family. A great cabin with a nice yard to go along with it. Highly recommend staying here!

The home was amazing for our large family vacation! The two fridges made it super convenient for food and beverages. The three floors allowed for everyone to have space to enjoy their time without overlapping on each other. The pool table room was a hit with our young adult family members. All in all it was great!The only thing that could have made it better was if it were located right on the lake, but it is only half a mile from several docks so still a good location! Thanks again for having us!

A great weekend with friends in this nice property. Easy access to town, but far enough away that you're not surrounded by city. Plenty of open space between the two living rooms, and multiple outdoor areas.

We are from the Iowa Great Lakes ourselves. We love the Okoboji and Spirit Lake area so much that we decided to open our home up to a vacation rental home for others to use to make great memories in!

We love our log cabin home and decided to open it up to others as it is the perfect spot to host family gatherings or vacations at the Iowa Great Lakes. Our large cabin and property will accommodate many families nicely. Its a great place to make family memories!

What makes this property unique

Our home is on a large private lot so it is away from the hustle and bustle of town, but yet only a few minutes away from everything. We love the peace-n -quiet we have at our cabin. Nothing beats enjoying the great outdoors and relaxing. We often get to see deer out the windows. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house and not be on top of one another. We hope that you will enjoy our cabin as much as we do.
