Tucked away in the peaceful village of Great Urswick in the South Lakes, this impressive new holiday home offers a luxurious base for large families and multi-generational stays looking to explore one of the most beautiful corners of Cumbria. Sleeping up to 16 guests, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house has been finished to an exceptionally high standard while still retaining plenty of charm and character. This is a property which has had much thought, detail and design into such a unique and charming property. It really does need to be seen and explored, with it’s hidden doorways, glass walkways and lovely warmth.

Inside, the property is spacious, welcoming and thoughtfully designed for spending time together. The beautiful modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking for a full house, while the elegant dining room provides the perfect setting for long, relaxed meals. A generous lounge with a large TV offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring the Lakes. One of the home’s standout features is its own private bar, making evenings in just as enjoyable as nights out. The bedrooms are varied and flexible, offering a range of sleeping arrangements to suit different family setups. A particularly unique space is the downstairs suite, which includes a living room with log burner, and a mezzanine level with double bed, and its own bathroom—ideal for guests wanting extra privacy. Outside, there is plenty of parking along with a lovely patio area featuring seating and lighting, plus a hot tub for relaxing under the stars.

Beyond the house, the surrounding area offers plenty to see and do. Just under five miles away lies Bardsea Beach, a peaceful coastal spot overlooking Morecambe Bay, perfect for a seaside walk or enjoying the fresh air.

The property is also well positioned for exploring the western side of the Lake District National Park, an area often considered one of the quieter and more scenic parts of the region. A beautiful drive brings you to the landscapes around Coniston Water and the village of Coniston, where visitors can enjoy lakeside walks, watersports and hiking in the surrounding fells.
