The property features an open-plan kitchenette equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher; a living/dining room with a double sofa bed; two triple bedrooms (double + single bed); a full bathroom with an enclosed shower, double sink and hairdryer; and a spacious balcony. The accommodation also features SAT-TV, A/C and heating, washing machine, and safe. One numbered parking spot is included (100mt from the building).
