Sunny relaxing Key Largo Home, only 60 minutes from Miami International Airport.
Beautiful friendly neighborhood with access to nearby attractions, distractions, explorations and excursions.

Families with kids welcomed and children board games and books provided.

Conveniently located with nearby acces to local boat ramps and local attractions like snorkling, diving, fishing and eco tours. Plenty of parking space at the front of the house gravel yard for your car, truck, or suv.

Home has 3 bedrooms, master with king size bed and flat screen tv, second bedroom full size bed, and office/bedroom with twin bunk bed, 2 full bathrooms with shower, indoor laundry with washer and dryer, living/ dining room area with sectional sofa, and smart flat screen TV, Blu Ray DVD/blu-ray player and access to streaming Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ is available with your user account.

Kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances glass cooktop range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice maker. Also plenty of cabinet space with all cooking pots and pans and utensils needed, as well as dinner flatware, waffle maker, skillet for pancakes and blender and topper ware for left over storage.

Outside enjoy your morning coffee/breakfast, lunch and even dinner in screened in front porch. When you come back from your beach outings rinse off in the outdoor shower conveniently located just outside the master bathroom for you to rinse any sand off before coming into the home.

There is also plenty of parking space in the front of the home on thr gravel. Back yard is fully with nicely shaded covered area on the side of the house with Gas grill for your cookouts (1 tank full of propane is provided)

All located within walking distance to world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park full of fun activities from Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, diving charters and swimming as well as fishing.

Close to downtown key largo with fine dinning from seafood, to Mexican, American and Italian restaurants. World class charter fishing and diving tours. A required property minimum booking of 28 days, available year around. Included with the property there are 2 adult bicycles 26" and cooler for your outings.

Also, there is strictly no smoking or Vaping allowed in the home or on the property. This property is a smoke free vape free, pet free location. As with rules and guidelines stated for all areas described on the property when, violating them will constitute immediate cancellation of your visit and stay or additional cleaning fees of $250.00 will be charged to remove smoke smell and contaminants from linens, pillows, towels, air conditioner and ventilation systems

Love Key Largo

We really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s home. It has everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the home. Very comfortable stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and walked it daily. The closest neighbor is very nice and friendly. We would HIGHLY recommend this location. We have booked next year!

Great Winter Getaway

This was a great getaway house in Key Largo! The neighborhood in South Creek Village was quiet despite being right off the always busy Rt 1. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Juan is an excellent host who communicates back quickly for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

The house 🏡 was perfect for an extended stay. Very comfortable with everything you needed, linens, dishes and pots and pain. We made use of the outdoor grill for some of our meals. Having John Pennekamp State Park so close was an added bonus. Would seriously consider renting this house again.

Exploring Florida Keys

Property excellent size, new kitchen & appliances, ( as British tea drinkers a kettle would be a good idea ) modern newly fitted bathrooms. Location ideal to explore the keys only minutes from John Pennekamp Park, restaurants and bars within walking distance, Winn Dixie supermarket close by. Key West & Flamingo, Everglades National Park within a 2 hour drive. Snorkelling & fishing trips easily booked.

Great clean house with water access

The whole family enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and well taken care of. Neighborhood is very laid back and friendly. There a small private bay where we were able to access water with our standup paddle boards to go fishing and snorkeling around the state park nearby. Kids enjoyed seeing sharks, sting rays and other fish. There’s Rowells waterfront park nearby where we want to watch sunset and enjoy some swimming and snorkeling. Saw a manity with her baby there too. Kids loved it.

Nice clean property well appointed and very clean. Could use more shelf space in the bathrooms as well as towel bars. Front tire on one bike flat , however we did not inform Juan in time for repair. our bad. All in all had a wonderful time hope to have time next year for a return visit. Sunny Second Stay!

We had a great second stay here! Juan addressed any and all of our needs and concerns during our stay, we had a couple issues arise during our stay but he addressed them promptly. Love the change on the 3rd bedroom, so much roomier and a light, perfect amount of space now. We absolutely love the screened in porch, my kids spent endless hours out there playing. The location of this home is perfect for our family, close to childcare, a quick bike ride to John Pennenkamp park, the library and more. A few things we would change: Would love to see some more food storage available in the kitchen, glass containers maybe, we bought some disposable containers both times we were here. Plastic cups could use a refresh as they are all cracked on the bottom, every single one leaked. We purchased some additional silverware this time as well as we found ourselves constantly running short. A fan for the screened in porch, even portable, would be amazing, those biting gnats still make their way through the screen, leaving us with a lot of bug bites. Another great stay and already looking forward to our next stay!

A perfect escape from winter

We had a great time on our two month stay, we love this location, we've stayed in this neighborhood on a separate occasion and it's so quiet, conveniently located and low traffic. Perfect place to spend the winter! The house is nice and bright and beautifully updated. The kitchen was really great, completely updated with lots of storage, and a massive sink. The washer and dryer were really great, perfect capacity and cleaned really well. The rooms all felt like a good size. The screened in lanai was amazing, super spacious and we used it all the time. The back patio was also covered which was great with the kids and for storage of our bikes. The neighborhood is conveniently located to John Pennekamp state park and is a quick bike ride to the grocery store and many local restaurants. Very few complaints about the property, thought it was a great layout. Could use some storage containers in the kitchen for leftovers and the knives were terrible. Also, coming from a family with two little kiddos, the white towels were the worst, they were so difficult to keep clean and there were times where I'd have to wash them multiple times to get them spotless. The small bedroom with bunk beds did not have a light, which made it slightly annoying getting our toddler into bed at night. Would definitely stay again, it was a great house for our family, we're missing Key Largo already!

Paradise disrupted

This marks our third and final stay at this property, primarily due to the disappointing handling by the owner. Despite the house's suitability and pleasant location, recurring refrigerator malfunctions proved a significant inconvenience aggravated by the owner's poor communication and blame-shifting demeanor. During our stay, the refrigerator malfunctioned twice within a short span, resulting in substantial food losses. Despite prompt reporting of the issues, the owner's response was less than satisfactory. On both occasions, attempts to resolve the problem were met with accusations and impractical suggestions, indicating a lack of professionalism. While reimbursement was given for one incident, none was offered for the subsequent occurrence. Inconsistent and uncourteous communication regarding the owner's visits, despite our preference to be present during maintenance visits, there were instances when the owner arrived unannounced, disrupting our activities. Additionally, amenities such as bicycles and food storage containers fell short of expectations for a rental property of this caliber. Having invested significantly in over five months of stays, the substandard treatment and recurrent refrigerator issues caused undue stress, especially considering the needs of our children. This has lead us to forgo future visits.

Perfect for us!

The property was even better than we hoped for. Juan was very friendly, helpful and was easy to reach any time we needed to. We stayed for 4 weeks and never had any issues. The neighbourhood was very quiet and friendly. We were able to get in lots of good long walks and everything we wanted to do was just a very short drive away. Our only disappointment was that it wasn't available for next January.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Home is well maintained. The 3rd bedroom (bunk beds) is very small. Owner is working to move a wall to add additional needed space for the 3rd bedroom. House and property are well maintained. House should easily accomodate a family of 6. Private boat launch in the neighborhood was a big plus for us.

The minute you enter the Florida Keys it's a different life already, everything is on island time and its relax and enjoy scenery, art, culture, history, water, fishing, boating, the list is pretty endless. The property is family oriented, but welcoming to couples wanting to get away. It is equipped for the cooking lovers or the dine out enthusiast that enjoys the flavors of seafood but also many other cultures from around the world. Many things to see from a short walk to a nice beautiful drive over the ocean highway US1 hopping from island to island or key to key as they are actually called all the while looking at the beautiful ever changing colors of the ocean waters surrounding them.
