Condo and location great, listing did say repairs/construction was still underway but did not know we would have workers with equipment right outside our patio interrupting our vacation and ocean views. Have been staying at this location for several years and this will not stop us from returning.

Condo looks just as pictured, very beachy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great location on first floor, beach view was awesome. Only negatives were guest parking wasn’t labeled as guest parking (FYI it’s the “reserved” tow away zone) and the thermostat couldn’t be set below 74. Would stay again for sure. Loved it.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Wonderful accommodations right on the beach.

Condo was clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves coming in and people walking, running, biking and playing. Being on the ground floor made it very easy to get down to the beach and to get to our vehicle if we needed to go somewhere. The parking spot for this unit is right outside the door. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful beach trip.

We loved it!

We had a fantastic time! Parking spot is conveniently just steps from the front door. The location is fantastic, just steps from the back door to the stairs down to the beach. Beach was not busy and is family friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to learn there were beach chairs/umbrella/and some toys. They also did have a few beach towels. Laundry was also just steps from the condo. Nothing to do with the condo itself, but one of the pools was very cold so no one used that pool. Very quiet at night. We requested an extra washcloth and host was very responsive it getting that quickly. Very happy with our stay and would choose this again.

We loved everything about this condo and our stay! The condo is a little farther down on the no drive beach and the beach was never packed or too crowded, also a super nice area where we never felt unsafe and always felt our kids were safe. The parking lot has a gate and is kept well secured so plenty of parking and doesn’t allow just anyone to come in. The room was more than well stocked and had what we needed and so much more. The room also is very spacious with plenty of room and the view is amazing. Definitely our favorite place so far and will be returning!

We enjoyed our stay. The complex was very nice with amenities including pools & shuffleboard. The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied. I felt another cutting board and knives sharpened would be beneficial. Very much enjoyed the auto free beach for long walks. The location was a little quieter being located further down the beach than the downtown area, which we liked. We weren't aware of the hurricane damage ahead which limited access to the beach. As the second week of March started, there was a noticeable increase in inebriated teenagers. Overall, I would stay again, but maybe come a little earlier to avoid spring break crowd.

Fantastic, relaxing, and spectacular!

We enjoyed 15 days at this beautiful condo, and truly loved every minute! The decor, cleanliness and location were superb. The kitchen had everything you might need to create meals, the beds and linens were extremely comfy. We really enjoyed the ground floor patio with spectacular sunrises each morning, and easy access to the beach, for numerous walks and time spent on this glorious beach. We had the wonderful opportunity to meet the owner, on our last day , as the sliding patio door was being replaced... (this will be a terrific improvement for the upcoming guests. ). It was great to meet you! My only suggestions(since the patio door is now fixed)...would be to install some wall hooks in the shower stall for a place to drip dry swim suits, also towel bars or some place to allow swim and bath towels to dry more efficiently. Also, having a washer and dryer within the unit would be an amazing improvement (although the laundry room is very convenient(just $1.50 for wash and $1.50 for dryer) across the hall. Thank you for sharing this beautiful condo..we definitely would love to return .. hopefully for a whole month!!!

The photos on the Vrbo listing did not account for the beach destruction from the 2022 hurricanes. New Smyrna Beach is in awful shape and that is not reflected in the listing. The “dedicated” parking spot in the listing had another car parked there our entire stay and neither the local property manager nor the owner seemed concerned about that even though they sent multiple terse messages about parking in the designated spot or risk being towed. When booking and agreeing to the cost of the unit we thought we would be getting premium parking but instead got up during the night to check to make sure that our car hadn’t been towed since we were not in a secure spot. The wifi login information sent and written down in the unit (both different) did not work and when we asked about it we were told flippantly that they are not an IT company and we would have to figure it out. Access to the beach took some figuring out. And we didn’t appreciate the constant texts upselling to additional day's stay at a discounted rate. It’s a “standard” beach rental with a lot of rules, which we would not recommend

Great condo, location, & beach area!

Everything went as smooth as possible with our check-in. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. Had all the things you could possibly need (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys) & more! Perfect location for a group of adults or a family. Restaurants were just a mile or two up the road, along with grocery stores. Over all, we had a fabulous time & would recommend Great Oceans to anyone looking to stay in New Smyrna!
