This well-located third-floor condominium sits perfectly between Vail Village and Lionshead, offering easy access to both via a short walk or the free in-town shuttle. With great Vail mountain views this condo is nestled between Vail Health and the Four Seasons Hotel, you’re just minutes from the lifts, shops, restaurants, and all of Vail’s year-round activities. A convenient and comfortable home base for your mountain escape! Scorpio condos are located between Vail Village and Lionshead. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, and a master suite with a king size bed. The second room has two twins, also a sofa sleeper in living room. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, free wifi, great Vail mountain views. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
