The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a separate sleeping area with bunk beds and a living room with a sofa bed, dining space and television. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, making it suitable for longer stays. A private bathroom includes a bath or shower with WC, while some units offer a balcony or terrace.

Guests can unwind at the outdoor heated swimming pool with a paddling area, open seasonally from April to August. Additional amenities include laundry facilities, elevator access, luggage storage and bike racks. Wi-Fi is free at reception and available for a fee within the apartment, and paid parking is also available nearby.
