Finding the location was a bit tricky, Make sure to collect the keys from a different spot before 9 PM, or you might miss out, There were no towels provided, The street was under construction, but the size of the apartment was great,

Sehr gute Zentrale Lage in der Stadt.Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, 4 Nächte nacheinander lautes Partyvolk in den unteren Wohnungen.Stark Renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung:Defekte Duschabtrennung, lose Aufhängung der Duschbrause, Duschabtrennung mit Montageschaum notdürftig an der Wand befestigt, lose Klobrille, defektes Licht bei der Dunstabzugshaube, Backofen gar nicht vorhanden, herabhängende Vorhänge, kaum Küchenausstattung zum Kochen vorhanden, Laminat im Schlafzimmer wellt sich, Fenster verzogen.Im Sommer sehr heiß, keine Ventilatoren oder Klimatisierung. Bei offenen Fenstern Mückenplage (geklatschte Insekten an allen Wänden).Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, die direkt vom Treppenhaus abgehen und alle einzeln mit unterschiedlichen Schlüsseln verschlossen werden. Sehr umständlich.Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, schnelle Abhilfe bei Problemen (Internet funktionierte nicht, beauftragter Techniker kam und reparierte).Fazit: stark renovierungsbedürftige heiße Wohnung in sehr guter Lage mit sehr guter Verwaltung.

Je moet gewoon opletten dat je niet blijft haken, maar met een beetje voorzichtigheid is het prima te doen, De locatie van het appartement en de ruime opzet zijn echt top!

Bij het ophalen van het beddengoed waren we soms niet zo blij verrast, Maar wat een geweldige locatie, zo dicht bij het centrum en toch heerlijk rustig! We konden met onze hele vriendengroep op één verdieping slapen, wat ideaal was, Er was genoeg ruimte om samen een gezellige borrel te doen, We hebben eten besteld en dat was een perfecte start van onze avond,
