This luxurious and stylish custom built private Villa has 3 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with large walk-in showers, the ground floor has an open plan lounge area with fully equipped kitchen and office working area and an additional WC.
Outside is a large private 13m x 6m crystal clear pool with Sunbeds to one end, the pool is lite by night, large patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture, outdoor dining space with table and chairs and pool table, external sound system which can be connected by Bluetooth, Ideal setting for socialising and watching those fantastic sunsets.

The resort of Protaras and Penera are just a 5 minute drive away.

My wife and I are from the UK and have been coming to Cyprus for 27 years, it's our favourite place, we purchased land and built our beautiful villa in 2012, we started to rent our villa in 2018 to let people enjoy what we do.
Why they chose this property
Our villa is located on top of a hill over looking Famagusta Ghost Town, Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa and the Sunsets are amazing.
What makes this property unique
The location is quite with stunning views, the larger than normal pool fantastic for just floating and chilling and last night swims, and it's only 2 miles from the centre of Protaras.
