About this property

Natural materials house near Nancy

You’ll stay in a house built entirely from natural materials: wood, earth, straw, and stone. The property spans 3 hectares of meadows and woods, featuring a large outdoor table shaded by fruit trees, an underground greenhouse, and a cabin nestled in the woods.

The interior reflects the authenticity of the natural materials used in construction. The living spaces exude simplicity and harmony with the surrounding nature.

You’ll enjoy a very natural garden where certain areas are left to wildflowers. The property offers plenty of spaces to relax: under the fruit trees, in the greenhouse, or at the forest cabin.

A traditional restaurant is just a few hundred meters away on foot. You’ll discover beautiful walks on the Malzéville plateau and its protected nature reserve. The center of Nancy is a 10-minute bike ride away, and the Vosges mountains are an hour away.

The house was gorgeous—it even has a video projector! The outside is really nice, too, and we weren't bothered by the neighbors.

A very beautiful and uniquely designed house surrounded by greenery with a very large property. The ground floor features a kitchen/living area with very stylish furnishings; the kitchen has everything you need. The view of the garden, especially through the huge main window, is amazing! There are countless places to sit and relax all around the house. The two upper floors are also brilliantly designed, and the beds are very comfortable! Highlights: a shower with a view of the greenery, and a hammock for the teenagers to chill out in! There were ten of us there, and we never felt cramped—there were plenty of places to retreat to.
