Although the house retains its original charm with mullioned windows and exposed beams, it has been updated with modern comfort and a cozy wood-burning stove that can quickly heat up the living room.



The decor is a unique blend of Danish design and seaside hotel style, which together create a welcoming atmosphere. The simple living room with the large dining table offers plenty of space for socializing. Slatted windows and a double garden door open up to the terrace, creating a nice transition between inside and outside.



Outside, a huge plot of land awaits, a real playground for adults and children alike. Here you can play hide and seek, climb the trees and explore the small lake. We had a wonderful stay! A very charming cottage that clearly received a lot of care: beautiful woodwork, lovely colors, nice lighting, and cozy seating areas. We also thought the mature vegetation surrounding the patio was a real plus; it was wonderfully green and sheltered, and much more atmospheric than the more standard cottages with just a lawn. The patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee and afternoon sun. The pizza oven was a hit with the kids, and the SUPs were a lot of fun, too. We didn’t use the outdoor shower, but we thought it was a really nice touch. The location right by the water was perfect for a walk and for catching crabs.
