About this property

Thatched house with a view of the Baltic Sea

Welcome to Lille Klippely, a thatched fisherman's house from 1707 that exudes history and charm. The house is set in a beautiful garden with old trees and an unrivaled view of the Baltic Sea and Christiansø, making it a perfect retreat all year round.

The interior of Lille Klippely has been carefully selected to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a Kvänum kitchen equipped with a marble sink, combined with antiques and Nordic design furniture, as well as an antique Swedish wood-burning stove, everything is arranged for comfort and coziness.

The garden surrounding the property is a true oasis with direct access to the Baltic Sea. From the large coastal cliff that has protected the house for centuries, you can go for a swim or simply enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to relax and enjoy quiet moments under the old trees.

The area offers many attractions, including local galleries and pottery workshops in Listed. Svaneke town, known for its idyllic location and culinary experiences, is just a short walk away. Enjoy a stroll along the coast, visit local craftsmen and end the day with a visit to one of the town's excellent restaurants.
