1. King Bedroom with a crib and toddler bed plus connecting shower bathroom. This room has an AC unit in window.
2. Queen bedroom with a crib and bunk bed (twin over full). This room has an AC unit in window.
3. Bunk Bed and Twin Trundle Room
4. Bunk Bedroom (Full on the bottom, twin on top)
5. Lower floor - Queen Bed

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or large group events permitted.
Be respectful of house and neighbors. It is a residential area.
Take off your shoes. Don't drag dirt and germs into the house.
