About this property

Renovated flat with pool access in Østerbro

You’ll find a fully renovated apartment from 2024, where every detail has been carefully considered. The private 11-square-meter balcony with a direct view of the building’s shared outdoor pool is a rarity in Copenhagen. Inside, you’ll find a bright and open space with designer furniture and warm hardwood floors. The kitchen features a central island with a BORA induction cooktop, wine fridge, and Nespresso machine. The bathroom is designed like a spa with marble tiles, a walk-in rain shower, and an LED mirror. The bedroom features hotel-quality bedding and blackout curtains.

Østerbro is right on your doorstep, with Fælledparken just a five-minute walk away. Gitz Coffee serves specialty coffee, while Skipper Bager bakes fresh croissants every morning. Restaurant Aarhusgade 4 offers great food at fair prices. From here, you’re close to everything Copenhagen has to offer.
