This newly built architect-designed house from 2024 combines modern architecture with natural materials through wooden and brick facades. From its many windows and terraces, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea as you follow the sun across the sky.



The thoughtfully designed interior features a large kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning stove and a loft with sea views. The house's three bedrooms and two bathrooms are distributed with optimal use of space, and a cozy daybed in the hallway creates a perfect reading nook.



The well-placed terraces around the house allow you to follow the sun around the clock and enjoy the outdoors in a private setting. Here you can have breakfast in the morning sun and enjoy the sunset in the evening overlooking the sea.
