Newly built holiday home with sea view on Bornholm

Here you’ll stay high up on a cliff with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, Melsted, and the coastline stretching toward Svaneke. The vacation home sits on a 1,500-square-meter lot with a beautiful terrace that wraps around the entire house, featuring two covered areas at each end.



The interior design is well-thought-out with lovely details that create an atmosphere where you can completely unwind. Here, you can enjoy nature and the impressive views in peaceful surroundings.



On the property, you’ll find a large petanque court located at the bottom of the grounds. The terrace offers plenty of space for outdoor living and relaxation with a view of the sea.



Walk along the coastal path to Gudhjem, take a dip in the Baltic Sea from Pengekisten in the harbor, or enjoy a drink at Melsted Badehotel. Watch the sunset at Nørresan, hike around Hammerknuden from Sandvig, or hunt for ceramics and flea market finds in Nexø.

It was a really lovely house. It was perfect for us. We were traveling with two kids, and everything worked out so well—both in terms of the layout and the amenities in general. Unfortunately, it hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived—but that was resolved quickly, and they were prompt and very helpful in finding a solution. Overall, it was really lovely ☀️

We had a fantastic family summer holiday and loved...

We had a fantastic family summer holiday and loved the holiday house and surrounding area. The house and outdoor seating areas are as depicted on the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking together including a self-caught trout 🎣😊. The location was perfect for us. Close to the harbour for a morning dip, the beach for family fun and picnics, and the coastal path to Gudhjem is beautiful. Highly recommend staying and we definitely plan to be back.
