Pods on stilts in the forest by Lake Immeln

The house consists of three small pods resting on pillars among the trees, with large windows that blur the line between indoors and outdoors. The main building houses a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and an open bedroom without doors—deliberately designed so that nature always feels close. The large windows make the forest part of the room. In the separate building, there are two smaller bedrooms with their own entrances and a shared bathroom with a skylight in between.



The forest spreads out around the house, with trails to explore and space to breathe. The uneven terrain and stairs are part of the experience, but make the place less suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility. No curtains block the view—the windows stand open toward the forest and the shifting light.



Lake Immeln is right next door and invites you to go canoeing, take morning dips, and spend evenings by the fire. Here, everyday life slows down, with long conversations around the kitchen table and quiet moments as twilight gently descends through the trees.
