It is a very nice accommodation with a view on the Cardona Castle right from the kitchen window. From the inside the accommodation has four floors and is spacious and closeby there are little shops with fruits, vegetables, meat and clothes as well as supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. When you have a car, it is the perfect spot to make day trips to Barcelona, Tarragona, Girona, Figueres, Montserrat and the Pyrenees (and even visit Andorra).
The appartment itself was clean and tidy on arrival except for some kitchen utensils. It is nice to have a coffee machine, laundry machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. The facilities work well enough, but some with more imperfections than others.
Overall everything worked fine, although it was a bit strange that while booking through Casamundo (which turns out to be part of Expedia), you then receive mail from a Hostaway employee and when you use the phone number in this mail you get in touch with WeHost. Then the key was handed over by some random (but very kind) person who came to the location just to hand over the key, but who I never spoke with again before or after. It all felt a bit chaotic and not very assuring.
Looking back we did have a very nice stay for 14 nights, but the arrangement side from the collection of mentioned hosts could have been clearer and more assuring.
