Welcome to a seaside holiday home with an attached guest cottage in Nynäs just before the bridge to Oknö – a perfect place for both relaxation and a family holiday. Here you live in a fantastic location right next to a large green area with a playground and nice areas for children to play, play ball and run. Beautiful walking paths along the sea await you around the corner. There are plenty of lovely swimming spots, which makes Nynäs and Oknö a real summer idyll. The house offers plenty of space for family and friends and has a large garden where you can enjoy long summer days. The high terrace extends around the house and offers several cozy patios in different directions – perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons in the sun or barbecue evenings in the evening light. The glazed part means you can sit outside and enjoy even when the evenings get cooler. Inside you are greeted by a completely newly renovated and tasteful kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa group. From both the kitchen and living room you reach the terrace, which creates a wonderful flow between indoors and outdoors. The accommodation offers several sleeping options for larger groups. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a 120cm wide bed. Downstairs there is another bedroom without windows with two single beds. On the plot is the guest cottage with a double bed, which is perfect for teenagers, grandparents or friends who want a little extra privacy. For rainy days or fun evenings together there is an activity room with a pool table and other activities. Here you will also find a sauna with shower, bathroom and separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer for extra convenience during your stay. You are within walking distance of a nice sandy beach with a jetty and diving tower just before the bridge. There is also the Voss restaurant, which is open in the summer. Then there is an even closer swimming area on the other side of the road. In Nynäs and on Oknö there is beautiful nature and hiking trails along the sea to enjoy. At the popular Oknö camping there is a restaurant, swimming area, kiosk, small shop, playground, boat rental and mini golf. You are close to Mönsterås where you can stroll around in a cozy environment among shops and restaurants. If you want to take a day trip, you can take the ferry from Oskarshamn to Byxelkrok on Öland. You are also close to Kalmar's beautiful city center and Kalmar Castle, which is well worth a visit. You can also drive over the bridge to the sun and wind island of Öland. Enjoy a pleasant location near the sea, swimming and nature.
