Unit 351- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, the master bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV, the guest bathroom is a newly remodeled with a tub/shower combination. Also, there is a full size sofa bed in the living room with a 55" flat screen TV for your entertainment. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Air Fryer, a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed staying at the Palm Bay Club condominiums. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Great location on the Bay side of Siesta Key. Will definitely be back.

Luckily someone moved out of another unit early so we had a room.i was disappointed because I had chosen this room in particular back in May because of its proximity to the pool and fishing area.But the room we got in the tower was very nice, much nicer than the Bayside units, so that made the walk more agreeable!

Reviewer Comments: The complex itself was absolutely perfect very clean, two nice pools, gym, and beach access was great! Trolleys to town in either direction was extremely nice having two little ones who couldn’t walk the entire distance. The room was clean however, major drain issues with toilets that barely flushed with one flush, both showers would collect water so standing in water over your ankles was an everyday issue and gross. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade as you showered black came off the bottom of the doors into the water you would stand in. Outside were three chairs very uncomfortable to sit in and relax if you wanted to. The upstairs neighbor kept us awake all night sounded like an elephant stampede, pretty sure they are full time residents no matter what time of day we entered they could be heard moving furniture or just stomping around. The two twin beds were hanging on by a thread both adults on this trip could not sleep in these beds; I was scared one wrong turn and the beds would just break off the stands. I would stay at the Palm Bay Club again just not this unit definitely on the 3rd floor and the Gulf side.

The faucet in one bathroom tub had to be repaired so we could use it. A bunch of the outlets need to be replaced. They were so loose they wouldn’t hold a plug. We made the problems known and they were taken care of in a very timely manner. The outlet was fixed in the bathroom, but there were more that needed to be replaced. The floors were not as clean as they should have been. We’ve stayed at Palm Bay quite a few times, but it’s not as nice as it used to be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dissatisfied with our stay in unit 351. When we arrived there was a strong odor in the unit. When was it last cleaned? We consistently opened doors and sprayed disinfectant and the odor gradually lessened. The shower was old and shower head corroded in the master, no fan in that bathroom. The guest bathroom’s fan was ineffective and as loud as a jet engine. The living room sofa, loveseat and dining room chairs were hard and uncomfortable. A kitchen drawer hit and scratched the refrigerator door every time it was opened. Another drawers couldn’t be opened completely because it hit the over door handle. Do NOT rent this unit. It will ruin your vacation as it did ours!

Each unit is fully cleaned and sanitized before each new guest, that could have been the odor you were smelling. And the issues with the drawers could easily be fixed by our team as well. The beach was not as close as we had hoped. It is not pet friendly but out dog is a service dog. Did not feel she was very welcome. Security people were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things that would have made the stay better such as being closer to the beach, and restaurants, but overall it was good.

Great place in Siesta Key

Excellent property in a very safe area. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and bars in Siesta Key. Property Management does a very good job with check in process and there is onsite security. Will definitely return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay!

When we arrived front desk was quick and friendly checkin. When we got to condo, we had a few major issues. Staff came but was after hours. In the morning, everything was taken care of immediately. Would stay here again. Bay side relaxing watching boats go by and swimming in pool. Beach side beach was perfect.
