The condo was nice although a bit dated. The location was great & we loved the proximity to Silverado for morning coffee. I would stay here again for a visit to the Napa Valley.

Location is perfect for visiting the valley. Good amenities nearby. Not the most glamourous, but price was reasonable. Some improvements could be made. Easy check in/out. Good parking.

Beautiful Property

The resort property was stunning. Enjoyed our views of the golf course and close proximity to the resort facilities. Pool was not open for non-resort guests. Paid extra to use spa resort pool.

Our stay was nice. The overall property is beautiful with lovely views. It's walking distance to the market with great food and a relaxing vibe. We did wake up to construction on the unit right above us. They were fixing the deck at 8am and hammering and pounding all morning which was unpleasant. They also could upgrade the TVs but overall our stay was good.

short vacation at Silverado

The property was suitable for our 6 day stay at Silverado cottages. The apartment is nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the daily use of the swimming pool which is conveniently located cross the street from this unit, especially during the heat wave. Perhaps only one recommendation: furnish some kitchen towels that could be useful to dry the dishes.

Nice location and amazing view. Not to take away from the great place…but….530 am gardeners started mowing and chopping trees 2 of the 3 mornings. I know in a golf course amazing as this landscaping is important but was rough. Also, some blackout curtains would be nice to try to get back to sleep in morning :). Thank you for having us and hope to be back soon!

Wonderful place but communication lacking

Overall the stay was great and the place was just as advertised. But the communication lacked from the host. I sent several texts regarding the broken lock and the check in information with no response. I received the check information late while I was on my way to the place and did not receive any check out info till late the night before and did not see it until I had already left. If I had seen that I would have performed the check out tasks better beforehand.

Our Recent Stay May 2023

We were disappointed...the place is so-so! Cheaply redone, looks better in the pics than in person. We reported damage we saw as soon as we stepped in to the property manager with pics of a broken mirror and they held back our security dollars without any explanation as to why. We are realtors and know to report damage as soon as you enter the rental but they still held it for no reason despite us reporting the damage. Still working on this with no answers whatsoever from management.

What a horrible experience !

This property is so damaged and worn out. The whole process was a nightmare so many messages from the realty company and the place is just dirty. As soon as we stepped in the walls are all chipped or scuffed the shower does not work and the toilet runs all night. You have to immediately video the whole place as soon as you arrive That huge huge crack on the mirrored closet door alerted mgmt company asap and than read other reviews were people were charged for it months ago! Also not washer and dryer are kind of far by the pool and golf cart comes by like really early like before 5 am and starts cutting down etc Bijou properties tried to change checkin time to a hour later which would not work for us and be prepared they have a check out list to be done before You leave

Wine Tasting Trip

To start, you can check in early if you pay a fee. Slightly confusing initially since I got a call from one of the property managers (I was in contact with 3 of them for some reason) saying that I did not upload my photo ID, however in searching emails and VRBO messages, I couldn’t find the instruction to do so. Not a big issue though. Before arriving, I had asked if there was a regular coffee maker in the condo which I was told there was, but there was only a Nespresso machine instead. I ended up buying a “Mr. Coffee” type machine since we wanted several cups of coffee to drink in the mornings. I had to buy wine glasses (at a tasting) since the condo only had one wine glass and two champagne flutes. The condo is advertised as having a washer, but the laundry machines are located outside near the pool area which is close by. Lastly, the neighbor’s outside porch light shines very brightly into front door window. If you’re sleeping on the sofa pull out bed, bring a sleeping eye shade. On the plus side, the condo was situated in a nice neighborhood and good location, easy to drive to many places.

Needs Repairs. New Carpet. New Outside Seating.

The unit we stayed in didn’t have a regular coffee maker or Keurig … it has a small Nespresso espresso machine… a cup would not fit under… (expect a one shot espresso cup) there were exactly 4 plates 4 bowls … with a few mixed matched wine glasses. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The WORST by far was the CARPET, it is stained, very dirty and buckled. One of dining room chairs is broken. The outside furniture bench and chair are not usable. Either remove them or replace. In the bath there is a wall dispenser for soap, shampoo and something else…. I think the items have been there for ages… but the unit is clean. Just run down. Just because a place is dog friendly, doesn’t mean that it should be in disrepair. It needs to be people friendly as well. But if you are considering Silverado, go! You will enjoy the resort and the area, it’s stunning.
