Drawing on my experience in the hospitality industry, this newly built property was designed from the ground up with the sole purpose of ensuring maximum comfort for a select number of guests. A true sensory experience awaits you, with attention to every detail: from the garden, which provides a splendid setting for time spent outdoors, to the interiors furnished in a modern rustic style that perfectly balances the clean lines of contemporary design, the warmth of natural materials, and a touch of authentic Sicilian charm.

The Villa offers:
Two double bedrooms: the first features a modern four-poster bed with a king-size mattress; the second with a nautical theme, featuring beds that can be separated if needed. Both have an en suite private bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower.
A spacious and fully equipped kitchen: complete with all the utensils needed to ensure maximum independence and creativity for culinary enthusiasts, enhanced by a charming window above the worktop that frames the view of the sea.
The large floor-to-ceiling window in the living area opens onto a comfortable veranda, surrounded by greenery and furnished for every need when relaxing outdoors. Here you’ll also find the real highlight for your dinners: a built-in barbecue complete with a grill, worktop, and sink.
The pool area is another space meticulously designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. Measuring 8x4 metres, the pool is lined with a state-of-the-art dark material that gives the water an intense blue hue, echoing the shades of the sea visible from the property. Inside the pool, a comfortable hydromassage seat will treat you to moments of pure well-being. The spacious surrounding area is finished with synthetic turf to ensure it remains spotlessly clean at all times—ideal for those with allergies as well.

Outside, you’ll have access to convenient private parking, a fully equipped outdoor area with tables and chairs for your al fresco meals, lounge chairs for relaxation, sunbeds, and a beach umbrella by the pool, as well as a handy outdoor shower (ideal when returning from the beach or before taking a dip).
Upon your arrival, you’ll find a full set of linens (including all towel sets) and an exclusive organic olive oil amenity set, for a natural and authentically Sicilian welcome.
