An 18th-century house built of wood and stone, recently restored (2026) with the original wood panelling reinstated in many rooms. Formerly a rectory and the site of the school for the neighbouring hamlets, it housed the rector appointed by the Walser community to educate the young residents.
The residence consists of a ground floor and an attic connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor features an entryway, a master bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen (with a sofa bed); the attic area opens onto a spacious open-concept space with exposed beam ceilings (a smart work area and TV area with a sofa bed), a second bedroom (two single beds that can be joined), and a guest bathroom (for a total of 7 sleeping accommodation). The residence is complemented by a private outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella, offering views of Testa Grigia and the upper valley.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. A washing machine is available in the main bathroom.
The bedrooms are furnished with eco-friendly wood furniture certified by PEFC.

The property is located about 4 km from the Weissmatten ski lifts and the Baby Snow Park.
The town centre is 5 km away (where you’ll find all amenities, shops, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and cultural events).
In 20 minutes, you can reach the ski lifts of the Monterosa Ski area in Gressoney La Trinitè: 180 km of slopes connecting the Gressoney Valley, Alagna Valsesia, and Val d’Ayas.
The bus stop (for regular service and a free shuttle during the winter months) is located 100 metres from the house: the bus takes you to the town centre, Gressoney La Trinité, and all the ski lifts.
You can park your car in a public car park near the house.
