All the comforts of home and nestled right on the lake. Wake up to coffee on the patio with Taneycomo Lake right in front of you!!
In our comfy condo you'll have everything you need to make your Branson vacation a memorable experience. We have just finished remodeling with fresh paint, new flooring, all new countertops, sinks and faucets. A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and new appliances for all your cooking needs. Nice living space with full size couch (sofa sleeper), dining table that seats 4 with a gorgeous view of the lake!!! Bedroom has queen size bed, tv and is tastefully decorated. Bathroom has double vanity and tub/shower combination.
Washer and dryer for your convenience as well!! Fall Creek Marina just a few steps away where you can rent a boat or rent a slip for your own boat, fishing within walking distance as well.
We're located just 3 miles from the famous 76 Strip, an easy drive to all that Branson has to offer. Theaters, dining, championship golfing, fishing, Silver Dollar City and all the family friendly adventures are within easy driving distance.
We guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of trash in the designated receptacles.
Start a load of towels in the washer.
Set the thermostat to 76 in the summer and 65 in the winter. Please text "43-3" to 913 636 9538 upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Do not flush grease, food, or foreign materials down any drain or toilet. -Dispose of these things in the proper trash container.
BBQ grills are restricted on decks or patios, except electric grills or gas grills using a 2.5 lbs or less gas bottle, per the City of Branson
-Do not allow trash or litter to accumulate on the patio or building grounds.
