Spacious, bright living room with a fireplace (firewood optional), large dining table (extendable for parties and games), desk, and sofa bed. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc., as well as an additional dining table with two chairs. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Two bedrooms, each with two beds and laminate flooring. Panoramic windows with direct access to the large, covered south-facing balcony. From here, you can enjoy the sunny south-facing location with unobstructed views across tree-lined meadows from the first floor.
