Renovated home with outdoor bath in garden colony

This is a family home in a secluded garden community that has been renovated with great care and love. The garden community is an experience in itself, and this home has been lived in and cherished by the same family for 21 years.



The house has been recently renovated, and you’ll find a well-maintained home with plenty of space to relax; inside, you can really feel that someone truly cares about this place. The garden serves as an extra room in the summer, with plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.



The garden isn’t strictly planned. The plants have been allowed to grow naturally, creating a relaxed atmosphere. An outdoor hot tub is ready for use, and you decide for yourselves whether you want to use it. The community atmosphere of the garden association is an experience in itself.



One of the country’s largest shopping centers is a 5-minute walk away. Trains and the metro will take you into Copenhagen in 10 minutes. A large nature area is a 5-minute drive away, a beach is 10 minutes away, and a large golf course is 5 minutes away.
