A renovated rear building in a secluded, green courtyard in the heart of Copenhagen. Outside the gate lies the city, with its restaurants and bustling life; inside the courtyard, there is peace and privacy. This combination is rare and is what gives this house its unique character.



The house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large kitchen-dining area that offers plenty of space for gathering. Note that one of the beds is a sofa bed. The interior was updated in 2024 and maintains a fresh, contemporary look.
